HFR and Oria fund of funds focuses on Asia

HFR Asset Management (HFR) and Oria Capital (Oria) have launched a principal-protected fund of funds that invests in the HFRX global index and Asian hedge funds. The new Asian-focused fund, to be called the HFR Oria Asia Principal Protected Note, will be distributed in Asia by Oria, a Hong Kong-based alternative investments specialist, and Barclays Capital. London-based HFR, which specialises in the construction of custom-built funds of hedge funds, will distribute the fund in Europe.
