What is one of the key issues affecting your sector?
Credit stability in the face of a deteriorating macro environment. European banks have thus far been able to cope very well, on average, with slowing top-line growth and falling asset quality. This has helped establish the banks as a ‘safe haven’ sector, which has so far been deserved, but could leave bank issuers vulnerable to a fall from grace.
