IBM and Inssinc: IBM is installing a new front-to-back office treasury management system at its corporate headquarters in Armonk, New York.

The system is being supplied by New Jersey-based vendor Inssinc. It will manage the computer giant's forex, debt, swaps, options and money market exposures, says an Inssinc spokesperson.
