Banks boost UK whole-loan sales


Investment banks' presence in the UK sub-prime mortgage market is driving the volumes of whole-loan sales higher. Last year, there was an estimated £10 billion-20 billion in whole-loan sales executed in the UK, and with more banks stepping into the market, those numbers should grow.
