red phone

Production of biodiesel in Europe has grown tremendously over the past decade, with an average annual growth rate of 24% between 2002 and 2010. Total production grew from 1.065 million tonnes per year to 9.57 million tonnes. This has come as a result of a huge increase in the number of biodiesel facilities in Europe; the latest published figures from the European Biodiesel Board (EBB) show that the total number of facilities in 2011 stood at 254 compared to 185 in 2007.

This rapid pace of growth
