Zhixing Lin is a lecturer in the FinTech Application programme at the College of Blockchain, Jiangxi University of Software Professional Technology, China. He was born in Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province, China. He holds an MBA and a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a technician at Nanchang Railway Bureau and as an IT engineer at Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. (6190.HK), gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and financial operations. His research interests span financial technology, machine learning, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), and social network analysis. His current work focuses on financial risk management, model governance and regulatory compliance, and the development of interpretable machine learning models for financial applications. He is particularly interested in how explainability frameworks can be integrated into risk model validation workflows to meet the auditability requirements of modern financial regulators.
