Mr. Zhangwei Zheng, a PhD candidate at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), researches aging and insurance consumer behavior. He holds a Master’s in International Strategic Marketing from the University of Glasgow and dual Bachelor’s degrees from Shandong University. With industry experience in a leading international insurance company, he is certified in ACII and PMP, providing a strong foundation for his research into consumer behavior and insurance.
