Xiangbin Zuo received his master’s degree from South China University of Technology, China. Now, he studies in Faculty of Law, The National University of Malaysia, Malaysia. He has written and published widely on issues of Economic law, IP Law and AI law, and is also the associate editor of the book “Enterprise and Company Law” (2023, Harbin Engineering University Press). His research interests include commercial law and international economic law, and he is committed to the study of corporate regulatory policies and related legal issues in the economic field.
