Xavier Lavayssière is a recognized expert in digital finance advising governments, central banks, and international organisations on payment and financial market infrastructures for over a decade. He lectures at Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne and is a research fellow at University College London’s Centre for Blockchain Technologies. His publications address the legal aspects of tokenization of financial instruments, technical design for programmable infrastructures, and regulatory frameworks for digital assets. With a background in Public Law of the Economy and in Computer Science, he combines academic research with hands-on experience, bringing a distinctive interdisciplinary perspective to these domains.
