Viney Chadha

Viney Chadha is a global risk professional with over 26 years’ experience in commercial finance, particularly in credit and operational risk, and audit. She has worked for organisations such as GE Capital, ANZ Grindlays Bank and ICICI in both developed and emerging economies, and managed and reviewed large portfolios in north America, the UK, Australia, Japan, France, Germany, Italy and India.

In her 20-plus years at GE Capital, Chadha has held several senior positions, including country risk manager, GE Capital India, specialising in implementing a number of programmes and processes de novo, and has a track record of using IT solutions to create robust and sustainable processes. She is known for her strong analytical skills and ability to combine her functional expertise with technology and outsourcing to drive meaningful process improvements, and has built, developed and led cross-functional, multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams of highly qualified professionals.
