Toufik Serradj
School of Higher Commercial Studies
Toufik Serradj is an Associate Professor of Management at the School of Higher Commercial Studies (Algiers, Algeria), where he teaches courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, and crisis leadership. He supervises several Ph.D. His primary research interests focus on human resource management, occupational risk perception, and crisis management.
He previously served as Director of Studies at the Higher School of Social Security and as Head of the Master’s Program in Human Resource Management at the National Higher School of Management. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Serradj is a consultant for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). He also advises various private and public sector organizations on management strategy and organizational performance.
