Dr Muhammad Abbas Khan is a doctoral student in Economics at the School of Economics, Beijing Technology and Business University, Beijing, China. He has a Master of Economics in International Business (Jilin University, 20182020, GPA 3.7/4.0), funded by the China Council Scholarship. His research focuses on International trade, applied economics, green total factor productivity, and agricultural total factor productivity. He also studied the Determinants of Trade Deficits in selected SAARC countries. He published three articles in SCI/SSCI journals, including Transport Policy and the Indian Journal of Economics and Development. He has also worked as a peer reviewer for international journals.
