Dr. Mona Lisa Pinkney is a cybersecurity executive with more than 25 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies. Her work focuses on advancing cybersecurity leadership while promoting greater diversity and inclusion in the technology workforce through mentorship and sponsorship initiatives. Dr. Pinkney is a global and local keynote speaker and has been recognized as one of the Top 30 Most Admired Minority Professionals in Cybersecurity by SeQure World Magazine. She is also a recipient of the Maryland Innovation & Security Institute (MISI) Contemporary Woman in STEM Award and has been featured by Forbes as a Woman to Watch in Cybersecurity.

Dr. Pinkney holds four academic degrees and four professional certifications and is committed to expanding access to education in technology. Her philanthropic efforts include funding a college scholarship for graduates of her hometown high school and establishing an endowment in the College of Engineering at North Carolina State University.
