Khalil ur Rahman is a lecturer at Lahore Business School (AACSB Member), The University of Lahore, specializing in financial markets, bank risk management, and Islamic finance. He possesses extensive professional experience in the Islamic banking industry along with work on more than 24 development projects for organizations such as the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), United Nation (UN), and various Countries’ ministries, Banks, MFIs, and Takaful companies. As a professional trainer, he has trained a wide range of staff from top management to field personnel at multiple financial institutions on Islamic banking and finance. Mr. Rahman is also an accomplished researcher with publications in impact factor journals, and is a recipient of the Emerald Literati Award (UK). The core areas of research interest include Islamic banking and finance, risk management, and corporate governance.
