Dr. Eronimus Anthonysamy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Financial Administration, School of Management, Central University of Punjab in India. He holds Ph.D., M.Phil., and three Postgraduate Degrees in the field of social science (M. Com, M.B.A-Finance and M.S.W). He has more than 10 years of academic experience. His research interests include Human Resource Management and Finance. Two were awarded, two were submitted and three scholars are doing their Ph.D. under his guidance and supervision (including one international scholar). He also guided and supervised more thang 30 postgraduate dissertations. He published over 10 research papers in Scopus indexed journals/Web of Science and more than 35 in peer reviewed journals. He completed various sponsored and conducted workshops. He is the editor of three books and published more than 25 book chapters.
