Christopher C. Henderson

Christopher C. Henderson is an assistant vice president in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In this role, he oversees risk analytics and enforcement in the Bank’s supervision function. Previously, Henderson was the officer in charge of the Bank’s retail risk group, which supports the Fed’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) initiative. In this role, he led the efforts of financial economists and quantitative modeling experts in supervision who advise bankers, policymakers, and senior Federal Reserve System management on quantitative modeling and analysis issues in consumer credit risk modeling, Basel regulatory capital, and model risk management. Henderson has also held many System and Reserve Bank leadership roles that supported both national and local goals. Henderson has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
