Priti Bakhshi

Dr. Priti Bakhshi - Professor at S P Jain School of Global Management, holds a Ph.D., MBA (Finance), M.Com, MA (Economics), and is NET qualified, along with numerous international and national certifications. With over 27 years of experience in industry, academics, research, consultancy, and mentoring start-ups, she has significantly contributed to these domains.

She has led consultancy projects for organizations such as DRDO-Inmas, the Narcotics Department of India, PMKVY, UMS India, the World Bank, and Aide-at-Action. She has guided women entrepreneurs under the Goldman Sachs Women Entrepreneurship Program by ISB in collaboration with LBS. She has conducted management development programs for E&Y, Powergrid, ICICI, Group “A” Officers of Customs and Excise (GOI), Grasim Industries, GNFC, etc.

Her research focuses on investments, macroeconomic factors influencing the share market, and ESG. Her work is published in ABDC, Thomson Clarivate, Harvard, and Scopus-indexed journals. She is also an editor/reviewer for renowned publishers like Taylor & Francis, Emerald, Sage and Inderscience. She has authored the book Indo-European Union Trade Dynamics and has successfully supervised 20 doctoral students, with over 18 more currently under her guidance.

Dr. Bakhshi has received multiple prestigious awards, including:

  • 21st AIMS International Outstanding Woman Management Researcher Award (2024)
  • Gold Award - ICAI International Research Awards (2021) for Best Research Paper in Finance
