Whatever happened to LTCM? One of the interesting aspects of recent coverage of the hedge fund industry has been the disappearance from the 'generic hedge fund article' of Long Term Capital Management (LTCM), the hedge fund that famously blew up and lost its investors around $4.6bn in September 1998.
