For locations with a history of expertise and experience in administration, such as Bermuda, this creates particular challenges.

The repeal of the '10 Commandments' law (in 1998/99) also had a major impact on Bermuda. Previously, certain SEC and tax guidelines ensured no administration business of hedge funds
