All change as funds poach brokers


The search for quality prime broking staff has intensified in the past year but the trend could be reversed in 2004 as hedge funds poach talented employees from broking teams.

All prime brokers concur staffing will become an increasingly important part of prime brokers' operations and the quality of service provided to hedge fund clients.
