Fixed income fund aims for absolute return

Henderson Global Investors has launched its Global Fixed Income Absolute Return Fund. The fund aims to raise $100m from institutions and family offices by June.

The Cayman Islands-domiciled fund, launched on 31 January, was borne out of Hendersons' existing fixed income desk and will use the best ideas from its fixed income team, trading a range of G10 government debt to corporate credits and emerging markets issues.
