Changes to listing rules for foreign companies in the UK has created a two-tier system, and is in danger of driving funds out of the UK, warns Ian Sayers, deputy director general of the Association of Investment Companies.

Sayers objects to the UK Listing Authority's (UKLA) regulatory changes, allowing foreign companies to list in the United Kingdom under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, which are more relaxed rules than those imposed on UK companies which must use Chapter 15.

His comments come as
