New Star International is producing a capital guaranteed product with a covered call strategy designed to secure returns on the upside and soften the downside.

The New Star Capital Guaranteed Higher Income Fund aims to provide investors with a projected annual income of 4% and the potential for long-term capital appreciation, and offers a capital guarantee of 90% of initial investment to be returned on maturity, provided by Citibank.

The objective for the fund is to provide income and capital
