About the course

Useful, preventive KRIs can raise flags in risk before incidents occur. This virtual learning course will explore the role and attributes of KRIs in financial services, and within a risk management framework.

Participants will be guided through the application and key attributes of KRIs and explore examples of the best-performing KRIs in banking and financial markets activities. Sessions will also enable participants to apply best methodology practices to select and design preventive KRIs.

Participants will learn the effective approaches for applying KRIs for information security, project management and conduct through classroom discussion and practical exercises.
