About the course

In today’s dynamic economic landscape, adopting a proactive approach to risk management is essential for strategic success.

In this course, participants will explore different preventive KRIs, acquiring the skills to select, design and report on them. Our expert practitioner will discuss the role of each line of defence in managing KRIs and demonstrate the use of the bow-tie tool to effectively track patterns.

Through case studies, group discussions and a mock business risk and control committee, attendees will apply the theory to real-world scenarios. By the end of the course, they will confidently be able to leverage KRIs to enhance risk awareness and support the achievement of business objectives.
