About the course

Risks are evolving and emerging at a faster rate than ever before, complicating risk management frameworks and requiring more urgency and preparedness. This expert-led course will equip participants with the foresight and strategic perspective necessary to proactively address emerging risks.

Shifting from reactive to forward-thinking approaches, sessions will examine new threats that do not fit within traditional risk management frameworks, and explore how they should be integrated into the broader risk landscape. From managing GenAI-augmented workforce to assessing the impact of social media and the threats posed by quantum computing, this course provides a practical guide to establishing a horizon scanning process and measuring emerging risks using scenario analysis. Designed to foster collaboration, participants will be able to benchmark their approach with peers and discuss the most topical risks institutions face.
