Terry Goh - Monetary Authority of Singapore

Mr. Terry Goh is the Director for the Payments and Infrastructure Division in the Specialist Risk Supervision Department of the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS"). He heads the division which oversees the stability and efficiency of payment systems in Singapore and also has responsibilities for supervising financial institutions in Business Continuity Management. Terry joined the MAS in 2000 to spearhead a team to formulate payment systems oversight policy, develop regulatory framework for them, and facilitate payment systems development.

Prior to his appointment at the MAS, he had more than 12 years of Information Technology (IT) experience with major international banks where he held key IT positions with responsibilities for project management, systems development, technical infrastructure and data centre operations.

He is also a member of global and regional payment systems forums such as the the BIS' Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems and Executives' Meeting of East Asia-Pacific Central Banks (EMEAP) Working Group on Payment and Settlement Systems.
