Wells Fargo posts fastest assets growth among US G-Sibs

Post-cap assets climb to $2.15 trillion, outpacing peers

Wells Fargo set a new balance sheet record for the second consecutive quarter in Q4 2025, with total assets rising $85.7 billion to $2.15 trillion, as the bank continued to expand following the removal of its long-standing asset cap. Risk Quantum analysis shows that, among the eight US global systemically important banks (G-Sibs), Wells Fargo recorded the fastest asset growth over the period.
