Ice Credit below availability target after six-hour op failure

May 5 outage longest since public disclosure began in 2015

Ice Clear Credit suffered an operational failure lasting six hours and 22 minutes in the second quarter, bringing its operational availability below target for the first time in eight years.

The disruption exceeded the two-hour recovery time objective set for central counterparties (CCPs) and reduced the proportion of time when core systems were available to 99.88% – two basis points below the 99
