LCH issued highest cash call in more than five years
Largest same-day payment obligation triples in Q4 2023
A single clearing member of LCH SA had to pay €1.69 billion ($1.83 billion) to the Paris-based central counterparty (CCP) in the fourth quarter of last year, marking the largest payment obligation since Q2 2018.
The latest peak cash call was three times larger than the one reported the previous quarter.
