Hard day’s night: Kalshi’s round-the-clock enforcement head

Robert DeNault wants market-leading tech to handle up to 40 insider trading cases at a time

Robert DeNault is one of the first people to swipe into the Kalshi headquarters in Manhattan each morning. 

“It’s easier to get in at 5.30am when you live down the block,” he admits. 

There may be other reasons for the very early start. For the last nine months, DeNault has been the inaugural head of enforcement and a legal counsel at Kalshi, the largest regulated prediction market in the US
