For the third year in a row, information security has topped the list of operational risks keeping our survey participants awake at night, with as many as 80% of respondents believing infosec risk will rise over the coming 12 months. However, the persistent fear of cyber attacks isn’t necessarily in line with the actual operational losses suffered by financial institutions to date.
