In their battle to keep up with the constantly evolving demands of employers, quantitative finance master’s programmes are building a clandestine army of insiders: their former students.

Several schools that polled strongly in this year’s Quant Guide say their multi-year efforts to boost alumni participation are bearing fruit: well-positioned former students can make valuable contributions in advising the faculty, where they identify and report on industry trends and impending topics of note
