EFETnet, DTCC to set up commodity derivatives repository

tides
Transatlantic partnership will create a commodity derivatives trade repository

Regulators are set to receive all OTC commodity derivatives trade data from one source as a result of a partnership between EFETnet, set up by the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET), and over-the-counter clearer the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), to set up a global commodity derivatives trade repository.

The collaboration is still subject to documentation but will be jointly owned by both parties if it goes ahead. It means regulators will no longer have to aggregate
