Société Générale hires Whitehead from Barclays Capital
Jonathan Whitehead, former head of Europe, Middle East and Africa commodity sales and origination at Barclays Capital, has left to join Société Générale as deputy global head of commodities in London.
Reporting to Edouard Neviaski, Société Générale's global head of commodity markets, Whitehead will help develop the bank's natural gas and electricity capacity in Europe, following the end of its Gaselys partnership with GDF Suez in September
