While the world’s attention moved away from the Copenhagen climate talks a long time ago dismissing them as a failure, for those active in the clean energy and carbon markets, the real story is much more complex. It’s important to look at what was achieved at the talks, what groundwork has been laid for the future and where the industry is likely to go from here.
What was achieved?
The Copenhagen Accord, hammered out by around 30 world leaders in the final hours of the conference, gave the world
