GARP launches new introductory course in risk and regulation

The International Certificate in Banking Risk and Regulation was conceived due to the increasing complexity of risk management. Basel II links risk management, regulation, supervision and capital allocation, creating a need for a culture of risk awareness throughout an institution.

Brandon Davies, the author of the course, stated that “Banking has changed. It doesn’t revolve around a branch anymore, but around risk and how a bank takes on risk”.

The course is expected to attract over 10,000
