Isda AGM: Industry associations publish principles for retail structured products

The non-binding principles focus on the relationship between product providers and distributors, often private banks, and detail the regulatory obligations of both parties as well as distributor, provider and product suitability.

Isda, the European Securitisation Forum, the International Capital Market Association, the London Investment Bankers Association and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association all collaborated on the document, which is designed to be applied globally
