Firms urged to pitch recovery plans at all levels

LONDON -- Firms should pitch their business continuity strategies at all levels of possibilities to avoid the biggest problem with recovery plans, namely that there is often no proper planning, business continuity consultant David Papworth said in early July.

Often the recovery plan is pitched at the wrong level, Papworth, who works with UK-based information technology services firm Fox IT, said in a report on business continuity.
