OperationalRisk.com Ceases Operations

OperationalRisk.com, the Deutsche Bank spin-off headed by ex-Bankers Trust operational risk chief Doug Hoffman, has closed down. The New York-based company, which had offices around the world and employed more than 40 people, was forced to cease operations due to a lack of financing, Hoffman says.
