Algorithmics Acquires Operational Risk Management Software House


TORONTO--Algorithmics, the Toronto-based risk management software company, has acquired the staff and products of Genoa UK, a London-based systems consultancy house specializing in operational risk management technology. Ron Dembo, president and chief executive of Algorithmics, says Genoa's methodologies will be integrated into Algorithmics' forthcoming RiskEngine application.
