Standard Bank: London-based Standard Bank has established a new margin trading operation for foreign exchange and bullion, with TCA Consulting providing advice on operational risk issues.
"Margin trading is a rapidly developing marketplace," says Patrick Chambers, Standard's manager of business development. "It was essential that sound practices and systems were put in place in order to protect both the bank and our customers."
TCA's involvement in the project included defining business processes
