-- While regulators, bankers and IT vendors were jetting off to the Costa del Sol, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision published a number of papers, and posted the responses from the third consultative paper in record time (see related story, this issue). One member of the Committee admitted that this summer hasn't included much holiday time. But he said with a chuckle: "It's all in a good cause."Risk integration
