Commerzbank Reorganizes Its Risk Controls Pending Merger With CFP

COMMERZBANK's risk control unit is developing a new framework for monitoring risk within the bank, says Rudolph Duttweiler, executive vice president of Commerzbank.

The risk management restructuring follows the bank's decision to integrate its Commerz Financial Products (CFP) derivatives subsidiary into the parent bank from the start of next year (FX Week, August 18).
