UBS Unveils Its New Global Risk Management Structure


ZURICH--Officials at UBS AG have unveiled details of the new bank's risk management operations and infrastructure. Felix Fischer, UBS's chief risk officer, oversees the bank's enterprise-wide risk management function from its Zurich headquarters. Fischer is ultimately responsible for all the bank's risks, with the exception of credit risk, which falls under chief credit officer Pierre De Weck. UBS was formed last month from the merger of Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC)
