FSA Gives E-Bankers Bunch Of Five

The UK’s Financial Services Authority has identified the five key risks that banks face from their internet business lines as strategic risk, business risk, security risk, reputational risk and operations risk.

In a June speech to the British Banker’s Association conference on banking supervision, FSA chairman Howard Davies warned the assembled UK bankers that his supervisory staff would be asking them questions based on the five risk categories over the next 12 months.

Davies said the five risk
