UK securitisation reforms trump EU’s, say market players

Originators and investors could find UK securitised assets easier to deal with after tandem reviews

UK rule-makers have outdone their European Union counterparts in revising rules governing their securitised debt markets, according to panellists at the International Capital Market Association’s annual general meeting.
