Timothy Massad looks a lot like the man he has been nominated to replace as chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Gary Gensler. Dealers hope the resemblance ends there, but they have not had much to go on: the most common question following his nomination was, "Tim who?"
