
FSA seeks to enhance op risk frameworks
Three papers are slowly going through the internal approval process at the UK Financial Services Authority that form part of its work: The standardised approach: raising the bar. These papers are the result of several months of discussion in expert groups on the subject of operational risk governance and risk management structures; risk identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting; and the 'use test' (which was covered in Operational Risk & Regulation's August 2009 issue).
