Isda AGM: Reform bill misgivings aired


Misgivings about competing versions of financial regulatory reform going through the US Congress were raised by Sarah Lee, associate general counsel at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch (BAML), during the International Swaps and Derivatives Association's annual general meeting in San Francisco on April 23.

During a panel discussion on global public policy issues, Lee said the biggest regulatory issues dealers presently faced were central clearing, transparency, new compliance procedures, booking
